I just tried to update my Virus Indigo with a newer OS. I followed the instructions in the manual, everything was fine and the display told me that it had been updated successfully. So i powered it off (as instructed in the manual) & when i powered it on again it showed me the new OS version and then the display went blank.
Now every time that i turn it on the display goes blank after displaying the new OS version on startup. It won't respond to anything & i tried updating it with an older OS but nothing works since the display stays blank & the virus does not respond to anything.
I've tried resetting it as well but nothing works and this is really getting to me.
The worst part is that i've already sold it to someone & am supposed to mail it in a few days.
I would appreciate any help on this, Access has not replied to my emails yet & this is really starting to get to me.
