Very nice work dude!.
I dont know if its my system, probably is but in any case the hats that come in at 1:48 seem like they could be slightly lower in volume or further back in the mix. On my end they sound too predominant , but don't take my word for it

You are right, the volume of the hats variate on the track, that's because the hats at 1:48 are not the same loop as the ones at the end, reason why is the track's story, if we put the hardest at the beginning, they would lost development and it could become too repetitive.
I will try to adjust their volume, maybe it will sound better.

kool flowz bro, nice one, at around 4min , the bass note changes u makin , those r kool , but u missing bounce in 1-2 steps, fix that correct by bouncing with the flowz, even the percusion work there is poppin, break at 5:43 is kool, but smoothe it out , cut those percusion in start, but nice flowz,
