i'd completely forgotton about the looking away bit, and was wowed out by the strange movement to the right by the pattern about 1/2 way thru (did anyone else feel that?). But when it reminded me to look away, I stared straight at a neutral coloured wall and there were psychedelic patterns (no colours unfortunately)
BUT
when I looked at the pot of ivy on my table THE LEAVES STARTED TO GROW!!!
I AM NOT LYING!!!
too wierd for me...

try doing it again... and look out side at open spaces... absolutely beutiful.
Nothing is said that has not been said before.
...and I checked this out when I was at work. Imagine the looks on my colleagues faces when they seen me just smiling to myself....over and over and over again.
