Yesterday you said he was in Panaji. My friend Agnello went to the Panaji Police HQ today, asked in the ANC office if he could see 'Nico' to give him some fresh bottled water and some bananas etc. to be told that 'Nico' is in Fort Aguada and has been there since 13th March.
You are asking for money for fresh water and food - this in itself is tantamount to fraud. There is fresh water and food in Aguada.
Also, how do you intend on getting any water or food to him? He is allowed one visitor per month, one he must NAME, and this will more than likely be someone from the Royal Netherlands Embassy in New Delhi. Moreover, you would NOT be allowed to give anything like that to a prisoner.
There is only ONE way for you to see 'Nico' and that is when he is taken to the Sessions Court every two weeks in Mapusa. There you can give him cigarettes, water, food and some money for his prison 'canteen' which is for things like soap, toothpaste, bidis...
However, since you have admitted you do not even KNOW 'Nico', it beggars belief you have the audacity to prey on peoples feelings with so LITTLE knowledge of his plight."

due to nature of this very sharp post i have to lock this topic pending further investigation and proof... it is my belief that there is a strong case for doubting the validity of this whole thing.
