And so do a lot of other music too. You don't see x+ people sitting in forum hyping other artists music the same way.

That's simply beacuse they're not as good as he was.
But I tend to disagree. Some ppl.over hype artist like Skazi beacuse of his crazy heavy metal guitars so why are you so impressed by those who overhype Cosma?

Anyway this is a topic where me and Mr.Handa can never agree and me personally I am not interested in carrying on with this riduculous fight.
I gave my opinion, you gave yours.

This fight is nonsense.

Ahh come on - now you claim that his music is superiour to all the rest of the artists out there. That's called fanatism in my opinion. No offense of course.

I don't know about you but I am debating. Huge difference! Interesting that you see it as a fight the minute someone dont agree with you

come on...yeah he wrote some music, some people like it...and yes it WAS a tradegy...but can we let this one lie a bit... to many "when I saw him here..and before his album release he said...." whose to know? Messages in the music...I ma sure if you listen hard enough to a tap dripping you can determine somekind of message.....
Yawn

He want's to talk about it- you not- or do you? why are you talking about it if it bores you? Is there a lack of threads here? I'm sure you can find something that interests you. You can even actually start a thread about things that interest you. What do you say?

The fact that someone thinks that something is interesting to him and it bores you, doesn't mean you have to make fun of what he says. And yes, this is written in the guidelines- it's called respect, and it's how we try to behave here.

Why does someone who really likes someone music suddenly turns into someone who sees him as god?

Do I see Radiohead as gods? Do I see Pink Floyd as gods?

Have you thought about the possibility that there are people who actually think Cosma's album is unbelievably amazing, powerful and emtional because of the music in it and not because he is dead?

No everything around us is fake, not everything has hidden meanings waiting to be exposed, some things are just as they are mate, and some of them are good.           ---------------------------------------------

Why? I think that Radiohead's music is way better than everything being created today in rock? Does that make me a fanatic? I don't think so- just someone with an opinion and a definite like and taste in music. This of course might change, but in no way it makes me a fanatic.

Have you ever considered, Kristian, that the reason people see debating with you as fights all the time has to do with the way you express yourself?

I mean, everywhere you express yourself things turn ugly, why is that?

Anyway, just food for thought. I'm really going off topic here, just wanted to say it to you, and this seemed a good time and place, sorry.

Have you ever though about that you might be a bit too biased about me and that it might be you that see things that are not there? I seriously dont bother to defend myself to you. But to set things straight I was not at all fighting at this topic. As a matter of fact there were other people in this topic that went out of line. How come you dont "set them straight" here in public?

I was debating but of course you had to interpretate it into somethinge else. It's so typical that some here (not all) people start pointing fingers at people and tell them they are figthting when they dont agree with a topic or in this case an idea. There's a huge difference in fighting and debating. I debate passionately but I have not once in this thread gone out of line. I have said what I think just as other people did. If that's to be fighting then you maybe need to reconsider your view on fighting!

And to your information. The only other person that mentioned I was "fighting" was the original poster of this thread. Of course he wrote it because he ran out of ways to try to convince me and 99% of the rest here that he's right and we are wrong!

I do admit when I am out of line (you should try it once in a while too) but I wil not stand for your accusations against me just because you have a fixed idea about who I am as a person (which you got no clue about what-so-ever.. I know you dislike me but that does not make your accusations better or more justifiable!

Now congratulations for turning this thread into a personal thing against me.. You seem very good at it!

Geshtunkenfuked sure has a point, and how did I get sucked into this???

Guess I just felt bad for Neville who was ridiculed for writing what he was feeling. After all, this place exists so people could say what they feel about this music. But at times, I guess, there's no hope, and I should have let Arafela lock it once it went offtopic.

And Kristian, I'm sorry that you feel I have something against you. I don't. I do have an idea about you as a person, and it is based on the way I see you behave around this forum for the last few years. Acting on this observation I offered you something to think about. You probably felt I was being patronizing, but believe me, I wasn't, I really wanted you to think about it, and couldn't think of any other way to say it so you won't get all offended and close up on it. I still do want you to think about it, and I hope you will.

I probably should have written it to you privately, but I had the same debate with myself about how to answer you now- in public or in private. But you see, then users here can get the impression that I actually agree with the way you see things. And I don't, and it is important for me that they see that I don't and understand why.

I hope it wasn't my ego, and that I just didn't want to appear "bitten" in an argument. I will check that with myself.

I'm afraid that our ways of looking at life are really so radically different that you can't feel at home in a place that has a lot of my way of looking at life as the basis for running it. That is why I offered you countless times to seperate ways and go somewhere else where you won't feel unwanted or accused of things wrongly. Where it's cool with people to act like you like to or think it's right. But you keep coming back... And we keep giving it another chance till it fails again...

Anyway, we can continue it in private or not continue at all.

Since I really have managed to turn this totally off topic now, I will offtopic my post and lock it and send myself a PM to stop doing that please. And then I will go read a book in bed
