I was writing Fucking long scroll, but then i was short it, so stick to the point.
P-S-Y-T-R-A-N-C-E is Way OF Life!
Without notice, lots of "important" or "Old" users fill this forum with Negative vibes and it just get worst and worst.
Rules are ok to avoid mess, but don't take the freedom and the EnjOyment!
you forget the whole idea of the PsyTrance spirit.
Sometimes saying simple words may lead to nice friendship... friends for parties whatever...
u don't need to make the forum to school...
it become annoying to reply good comments to friends who put top 10 or Any other Subject in the forum, because there is a feeling "someone want to catch your Off Topics" it's like doing homework or something like that...
it should be fun place I think... great place to meet Cool people who love the same things you love and you can share quality time together.

find the balance between rules to friendly.
because living The psytrance is much more Fun in Friendly Community.

Thanx for you post Slomi, I take it very seriously and it bothers me a lot that this is how you feel here, because indeed this place should be fun and cool. However, things are not so simple... But let me first answer your questions.
Trance and its culture sure became an important part of my life. For a while it really dominated my life. Today it's less, but things I've learn from my trance experiences are still there, and a good party is still the ultimate and unrivaled entertainment for me.
What is it for me? You really wanna know? It's quite simple- respect to others.
And no, I don't think I have lost this over the years- on the contrary, it became stronger with me and I have been successful in carrying a lot of this spirit with me to my life outside of parties and trance. A lot of people I know did not succeed in doing that, or succeeded very little. It's not easy.
Now, I really must say that what was in my mind when I phrased the guidelines (not rules) to this forum (up there in pink above you as usual), was exactly what trance culture was to me- respect for the other, whatever he dresses in, however he is dancing, whatever he is thinking, whoever he is. If everyone followed these simple guidelines almost no moderation would have been necessary.
However, this is not the case, people don't show respect to others. And same as in parties, when people don't show respect to others, like people coming and fighting in parties, or telling the DJs what to play, etc. etc.- we don't want them in our parties. It doesn't mean we don't like them, or don't believe in their right to do what they want- I just don't want them in my party, we believe in different things. They don't show respect.
Now, please also remember, that even in a good party you have "rules"- rules that conduct how things are run- you pay for the entrance, for example, you don't put a chill track in the middle of karahana, stuff like that. It's technical stuff. Technical stuff are a must for a community of people which has grown beyond a certain amount of people, in order to enable it to function. So we have to take care that stuff is posted in the right section or it will all be a mess and impossible to read. And we also have to take care to a certain extent that things are on topic, because people want to read about the stuff that is up there in the topic and not necessarily about what 2-3 people consider as fun and good jokes. It's all about respect again- if your little fun offtopic remarks are in moderation, and you will really think before you post them- "Do everyone really wanna read these? Maybe I do it privately?" there wouldn't be a problem.

Anyway, I will ask all moderators to read your post and this thread and think about it- but I will also ask you and all of us to think about others before we post things.
This is very simple even if it is cliche- take care of yourself and everything will be OK.

well, i can say im around for a while... almost from the very beginning of isra
i`ve met ALOT of great ppl from here and still do nowdays, connections and energies between ppl are beyond guidelines 
as for your question about way of life...
a hard one i guess
what is psytrance as a way of life?
sure its very individual... but why "live only psytrance" and miss all the rest?

for the questions
1. psytrance is big part of my life
2. positive vibes, friendships, dancing losing control with positive energy sharing with others...
3. i think i did lost it a little bit, i think life made me a little bit cynical and sometimes arrogant, this forum also responsible for my changes since people here become arrogant and cynical and take it as power against other in the forum.
ur post gave me a little positive inspiration, i will get myself back to the track i believe it should be, i hope many will read ur post and will have a little thought and good changes being less cynical and less smartasses and all those things that are not nessesary at all, at least not while u talk to ur psy friends.
thanks for your post, enlightened me!
i hope it will enlight many so it will be positive place.

2.most people I know and share this psy-spirit each other,going to summer festivals and share the cosmic spitit global,parties,psy-way of thinking noticed that our tribe have a lot of common things to think,copyright trance music cds or even buy,learning infos about the scene,even my psy- dress-code till my age after 12 years partying,my bedroom is full of psy-decoration,the forum...
3.and the spirit gives me more for less ,a full feeling of joy from a psychedelic point of view!

slomi .. nice words mon ., totally agree with you that it shd be fun place.,, a lot of users are sticklers to the ( guidelines)  ... i guess it shd be adhered to since its a public forum and some ppl just loose it completely..
psy trance is a huge part of my life and plays an imp role outside parties too .,, treat ppl with respect .,, love what you have as its not going to last forever,.. just be happy and have a good time with whatever you have .,, lifes too fricking short to crib

while everyonce is dancing or just sitting in the nature in psy parties u can see must of the people, if not all of them are happy, and this is why they don't need rules in "goa" parties, because everyone is happy and when people are happy they are hurtless and 100% respectful each one to another!
rules are ok, to avoid mess and nothing more, otherwise they have nothing but haters and cynical people around those who use these rules for their own needs!
lots of people who usually go to goa parties most of them have something other people will never have in their spirit!
think about it, and remember those great feelings once you come back from good nature party.

i forget my stupid ego and all those bad things life stick to your personality by the time, when psy people suround me i'm free ego and those arse feelings...in parties mostly.
