Voting Polls Suggestion!

I just wanted to ask the administrators whether it is possible to have some voting polls in our site.
For example to have a voting pole about the forums favorite artist where each one of us could only vote once his favorite artist and see who gets more votes in the end.
The same could happen with albums of the year,best albums and compilations ever,best dj and various questions.
I think that it would be very nice to have such poles and their results would cover many questions which are being posted in the forum asking who is our favorite artist or dj.
What is your opinion on this suggestion?

Do you mean like having one question published every week and ppl voting for it?
Nice.
I can see one problem with it - when you do a pole like that you need to choose out of a list (multiple choice - MIVCHAN AMERIKAI). How can you do that for 'best artist' 'best album' etc. without eliminating quite a few possible nominees?
Unless it will be done like the Oscar Awards  And the nominees for the best Israeli act are.......

Karnaf i mean having a section with many questions up at the same time.
Or we can have one question per month.
Well cant we just vote everything we want and that thing will appear up there in the list?
We can have a moderator maybe to whom suggestions will be sended and he will add them in the voting poll.
I am willing to help on this one.
I like voting polls a lot and i love seeing the results

Cyber Punk my friend its not olympic games or something.
Asking about which is your favorite group on the forum is the same like having a poll with the same question.The difference is that in the forum everybody justs keeps coming with 5-6 names while on the poll he will trully think about his favorite group before voting because he can vote only once and he really wants to support his favorite artists.
Personally i am very very interested in seeing the most popular group or artist in this forum and i am interested in various things as well.

IMHO, all these "my favorite..." things are creating a sort of competition here. And this is not a right place for it.

it's about taste and vote about putting marks
those are 2 different things
beside i almost never participate or read those "who's da best.." threads.
i understand u all, but this forum won't have daily vote system.
