Could anybody explain me please why i have all the time same number of sent posts ??

and its not progressing after i write new comment/topic

it depends where you post.
posts in some sections do not count (like in 'top 10', 'trance art', 'links', etc.)
try posting in 'trance' section for example and see what happens. if your post counter doens't change, then it might be a bug, otherwise, it's an Arafela feature
