						| I think Moondancer was asking about what was called acid trance (which someway influenced early Goa tracks, such as the ones from Green Nuns of Revolution and Miranda, and which seems is coming back again) before Goa hit London clubs in 95. So, most of the tracks you guys pointed don't meet his question, such as the ones from X-Dream, Hallucinogen, MWNN and so on. Right answers were Dance 2 Trance (with the unforgettable Hello San Francisco), The age of Love, Komakino, Friends Lovers and Family and all the artists who helped creating the notion we have now of trance.
 Love & Peace

						| Most of what you want are underground tracks and long lost 12'' vinyl. But here's a few releases for you...
Eat Static - The Alien EPs, Abduction (91-93)
Susumu Yokota - Frankfurt Tokyo Connection (93)
Barbarella - My Name Is Barbarella (92)
The Overlords - All The Naked People (94)
 Rising High: Techno Injection (93)
Phantasm: Hard Trance, Psychedelic Techno (94)
old Psy-Harmonics (Third Eye, Zen Paradox)
 old Harthouse comps (chapter 1, 2, 3, 4)

And old Leather Strip -- a template for the Goa sound, though very, very, very (did i say very) dark.
tiger got to hunt, bird got to fly,
man got to sit and wonder why, why, why?
 tiger got to sleep,
 bird got to land,
man got to tell himself he understand.

						| Try old Trancemaster and World Of Trance compilations for a few really good old school trance songs. I still get goosebumps listening to Humate - Love Stimulation (Love Mix) from World Of Trance 1 !! Still, I don't agree when you say the old trance spirit is gone. If you like the old style, check out releases from MIKE, Push and Airwave on Bonzai Records. They still have a certain vibe!! "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. As death extinguishes us, so we become it."
[Esoteric: Subconscious Dissolution Into The Continuum]
