Monster Disc Tahana Merkazit next to kav 9. Large selection, some rare oldies as well.
Tower Records Kanyon Hanegev, second floor. Quite a small selection, but it has some.
Haifa
Pauza Macanaim 4 (near the Auditourium, Merkaz Hacarmel).
The biggest collection of trance CDs in Haifa. Old and new - goa,full on,progressive, as well as ambient and chillout releases. Some good CDs on discount.
The "Junk" Shaar Hacarmel, lower floor, near the old bowling (Merkaz Hacarmel)
Some rare trance releases and other good music. worth checking. Cheaper prices.
Takliti Horev Merkaz Horev, Achuza
A small collection of trance CDs, nothing special.
Tzlil Haifa Mall, Southern Haifa
Again, some trance CDs, nothing special.
Tower Records Grand Canyon, Neve Sheanan.
A nice collection of trance CDs. Most of the CDs are well-known, almost nothing rare here.
Akadmon Haifa University.
A tiny trance collection (from BNE distro). Boring shop.

Tower Records 1 Rotschild Mall. Average selection.
Tower Records 2 Ha-Zahav Mall.
Tel Aviv
Funky Fish Records Yochanan Hasandlar 4 (near Shenkin).
This shop sells only records (no c.ds) of trance. Up till now they were selling house and techno records, and now started selling trance too. Also, you will be able to find there djs equipment such as needles, headphones, etc etc.
Krembo Shenkin 18.
The leading shop for trance cds in Israel. They got everything.
Tower Records Azrieli Mall. Great selection! Ask for Limor, she'll give you good recommendations!
Disk Center Dizengoff Center. A big collection of old and new. Some rarities on sale every now and then.
Haozen Hashlishit Shenkin St. A used CDs store. Good finds in cheap prices.
