He makes much better music than GMS these days in my opinion. Better melodies, sounds, more creativity and more variation. His album on Inpsyde Media is nice.

Sometime ago a friend of mine (Ganja Gil) started a topic to see if anyone knows about an artist named Frequency surfer with his album Respect!
No one ever replied to this topic so I'm asking again;does anyone knows who this guy is?I think he's from Holland but might be Israeli too.
Anyways FREQUENCY SURFER - RESPECT.
My opinion - The no.1 Dark night trance album ever. Give it a try. |

Sebi Claro aka Frequency Surfer is on the top since the primordium of the trance scene in 1994.
Playing in countries all around Europe and India, he then started producing on a Amiga 500 and an 8 bit sampler, enough for developing the base for the whole trance rhythm nowadays.
On 1995 he started a trance project with Riktam and Bansi called G.M.S. which became the most famous band in the trance scene, collaborated on the debut album Chaos Laboratory & Jaws.
Being convinced that trance is not only music, but a kind of magic which envolves feelings and perceptions of a parallel reality, he decides to create his own project, Frequency Surfer, which was born in 2000, just before the turning of the century, the uprising of a new era, new customs.
Frequency Surfer was on the line up of famous trance events around the globe such as the unforgetable Solipse Festival in South Africa on 2002, and also playing in many coutries around the globe like Austria, Denmark, England, Germany, India (Goa), Israel, Spain (Ibiza), Costa Rica and USA (New York).
The "debut" of Frequency Surfer was with the famous “Ride the Wave", produced in partnership with Shanti Matkin and was released on the album "GMS and Amigos" by TIP World. Since that time, he started working on his album - Respect - which was released by Inpside Media on 2003 and had loads of good reviews.

of course he still makes music
i heard a nice F.S. live act in sonica festival last summer though it was more about collaborations, still some of the best gms tracks released in the last year were with him, good examples : flesh of the gods, the ring , dream machine among many others...

He produced 3 tracks with GMS which were on their last album:
-Dance Of The Warthog (also with Wrecked Machines)
-Psychedelic Adventure (also with Dado and Joti Sidhu)
-The Ring
He also produced the GMS remix to Children Of The Doc - Bionic Bong with Bansi.

I just found out that Frequence SurferS is the project of Frequency Surfer AND Shanti. It also looks like they released only 1 track, called Ride The Wave, in 2000 on Tri-Ball University Featuring GMS & Amigos, which was released on TIP.World. |
