A Multimedia Showcase of Phoenix Visual Artists

This is 100% Homegrown diced'n'sliced video art created by your scenes very own video alchemists! The art of VJ'ing is exploding all over the world and we are leading the way for Arizonas Electronic Dance Music Scene! You see our visuals projected on almost every stage of the biggest events we have, now see us in person and in full effect!
Also featuring the artwork of local Photographers, Grafitti, and Digital artists:

These highly talented artists and photographers have been documenting the scene and creating unique and vibrant works of art. Come and show your support for these individuals as they showcase their work!

Cool. I've heard a lot of good things about this venue, and I know the eye candy is going to be mind-blowing. With the addition of great beats all night long, this is going to be a night unlike any other in recent memory. Thanks, Eric, for putting this together for us. See you there.

Wow! What a great night of dancing in a truly immersive environment. Imagine a long room dominated at one end by three screens of visuals (not to mention the various televisions stacked at the front of the stage, also showing visuals) full of glowing, happy, dancing people. This is the sight that greeted me as I walked into the Brickhouse on Friday at Illumination. The aural and visual stimulation was top notch the entire night. The best talents in local visual artists and DJs were on hand to create an intensely wonderful experience. Big props to everyone involved (too many to name) in making this event happen. From breaks to techno to psytrance to cap the night off (another huge set from Nick Synergy ftw), and my feet were ready to fall off, in a good way. Special thanks to Eric for bringing the vision to life for the rest of us, and I'm glad I could be a part of it.

What a blast!!!
Illumination was off the hook!!! I'm very pleased with how smooth the party was executed as well as the overall turnout for this event. The vibe here was great!
Visuals and eye candy everywhere!!! Our video wall project turned out to be quite the display. I hope everyone enjoyed it.
The audio was excellent all night long. All the DJ's were on point with excellent track selection.
A huge thanks goes out to the Overmind Works crew as well as the Dirt Assasinz crew for helping make this unique and original event a reality. Phoenix is rockin! |

Awesome awesome just awesome. cant believe we set everything up so well. it came out alot better than i had expected which is great. oh man the visuals were insane!!! and of course so were the d'js. thanks to the dj's and vj's for this, they mixed it so well!!! attendance did kinda fade out at 12 or so, but was still not too empty. but i was really waiting for Nick Synergy to go on. ive been there since 5pm until 1:30 am till he came on. man did that wait pay off, thanks again nick as u always play that good shit. and again thanks to the dj's and vj's and eric and anyone else that was involved. I see this venue has alot of potential, lets hope it will be used more often.
P.S. for the people that dint go. u really really missed out!!! |
