Well I'm in Victoria for 6 weeks and there's nothing I know of yet. You need to go over to Vancouver for Organix on Fridays, it's pretty cool.
 Even a stopped clock gives the right time twice a day.

I was in Victoria for a while and searched high and low. There were a few people that claimed to be really into it but I checked out an event they spoke of and it turned out to be a birthday party in a gym or something, and the music was nu-nrg I think. Didn't stay long though... I think you'll find psytrance fans but very few parties, if any. Ripe for starting a scene I'd say!
