Yeah the previous chill out tracks from Vibrasphere were vey floaty, especially 33000 feet and Abra.

I'm sure we will find Vibrasphere downtempo tracks in next chill out compilations.

Looks like Vibrasphere are back with another album due later in spring. Landmark is a new 4 track EP with a new mix of Manzanilla, and hopefully they'll be some more chilled ones on the album ! Great to see these guy's back, looks like they reformed to produce this album .

am i the only one whos bothered by the structure of vibraspheres downtempo tracks?

i mean its all neatly put together, but most of the tracks ive heard reminds of eachother, floaty intro, filtered beat, delayed bling plongs and massivly reverbed rimshots?

anyways its a working concept, only a bit annoying yet nice, paradox´ish...

I agree with you Colonel A..
I didn't talk about it until now 'cause I tought I was the only one too haha.. Another illustration of what you say and that dissapointed me is the re-edit 2006 of manzanilla on their upcoming album .. I really don't believe it was necessary..

The new Vibrasphere track, "Ice Flow" on Antenna Vol.1 [Stargate] is a masterpiece...! It really doesn't get much better than this.

Totally agree... one of the best tracks i've ever heard! Absolutely beautiful melody!

Also check out 'Emotional Fugitive' on the 'Landmark' EP - not as good as 'Ice Flow' but still a great chill track.

Even though i prefer their chill stuff i like their prog too... just as long as they keep it melodic it will go into my collection.

Peace!
