Very slow forum

Funny I have no problem with the speed of the forum on my side....none what so ever, every forum loads quick and never hangs. And we dont even run a 2mb line here. Strange that this happens to some ppl.
Could it maybe depend on your connection to the net in a certain country that make a difference?
I use the latest Opera browser 7.50
