Hey fellows,
I dont know why i always have a hard time trying to use Vb-1 in cubase. I can use Vb-1 in flstudio and it sounds ok, but when i use in cubase, the sound that comes out is like if i was using too short notes, but i use the same notes lenght and Vb-1 settings that i use in flstudio. The vb-1 dll is the same for both sequencers.
Sounds like the notes are stoped before it is suppose to stop. Even if i try longer notes, it doesnt change the results..
Here is a link with a small clip made in Cubase, see what happens (It is not processed yet, but it doesnt make a difference for what i want u to see):

And here you can see how it sounds in Flstudio (There are two tracks ready, both has the bass already processed, but it doesnt matter.. I used the same note lenght that was used in the little clip, but the results are really different):

I havent got monitors, so it would be nice if you tell me what you thing about my tracks too, like how does it sounds for u
Thanks a lot!
Cheers

On (Dr. Evil) your bass has a nice character - it's not too filtered. I haven't yet got anything from the VB that I'm statisfied with but I know that's my fault. It's like my bass needs more sub-bass maybe from a duplicate track and with proper EQ to give it punch.

Recently, computer music magazine released an all-cubase special edition with a disc of 480 presets for the cubase pugins. I actually like tweaking those better than the factory bank.
