Can anyone post maniac noize preset please for my dark twisted compositions i want to make sum psycho musicz, please only vangurd cuz i no use other synth no killer presets but vang is more easy to load killarg presets from israel guySS!!!! |

not true buddy 90% of trance is presets somebody needs too arrange those you know so if you know build a synth maybe it will help you

i think presets is a good way to help beginners to understand how synthetizers works...because after know how works, you never need to store preset's... |

and besides it itwas only a joke from my side,I use only my presets no matter if good or bad.

i don't really like vanguard for those sounds really
but you can create a whole trance project if you want only synthesizing from vanguards analog synthesis how cool is that |

sure.
because it sound always phat.
It's eazy to get a good setting when playing around with this.
You can invest faster some time on aside plug ins that support it like some phaser for instance.
I also like predator and other stuff but it takes more time and often I end up 'finishing' in chaos.Also I still learning alot and there are still things that I have to dig.
VB 1 is solid ,sounds good imo ,eazy And is super light for cpu.
And it is fun.

also give Surge a try, i mean they´re both really damn beasty and vanguard only good to get started.
but sure it is good for lead sounds, just take the fm waveform, for beginning only one/first osc with it, pitch it up to choice, 3 voices, fat level about 3/4 up, lfo on let´s say try around 65-100% =D, let it control some detune and some cutoff at your choice, adjust the second some more slow and only with cutoff modulating. filter should be notchy with some resonance on it, try around to find would you like. to give it some room, switch on the reverb and adjust to your choice...... there you go.
i think pretty often used sound structure in darkpsy music. try around with the waveforms, lfo settings, pwm and so on. there´s pretty much one can do with vanguard.
anyway i also prefer the more beasty ones like Surge and Zebra.

Thanks for all the dark psy info/banks. psykovsky played here yesterday. some very nice dark sounds. wondered how he was doing the m live using a mixer. |
