The noosphere is a new, evolutionary condition of biosphere at which reasonable activity of
the person becomes a determinative of its development.
... The Mankind taken as a whole becomes powerful geological force. And before it, before
its thought and work, there is a question on reorganisation of biosphere in interests of
freely conceiving mankind as single whole. This new condition of biosphere to which we,
without noticing it, we come nearer, and there is a noosphere … the Person can and should
reconstruct the work and thought area of the life, to reconstruct radically in comparison
with that was earlier...
