Portugal and Spain seem to be the best places this summer.
Omni, Boom, Transit and Crystal Matrix festivals.
But there's also Germany with Voov, Antaris, Full Moon and Shiva Moon festivals.

i dunno about parties or festi`s in turkey, but i believe u`ll find some psy events in greece.
check the greece forum...

I would advise u to go to Boom Festival because the weather is better in south Europe than in Germany, and the life is more cheaper...
