Pi-Production is a party organisation with many followers and fans based in Berlin and is smashing the dancefloors since 3 years. The team has the will to break new ground and formed in summer 2006 a label called Pi-Production. Its first compilation called “Thelema” is the powerful debut release compiled with accuracy and attention to details by Dimitri Zara.
Dimitri Zara started DJing in 1990 and organized trance partys (1994-1998) in and around Athens (Greece) in cooperation with Moonrise, Psyfiction or Pagan Era.
Today he lives in Berlin (Germany) and has founded the Picircus association, runs the Pi Club and is the label manager of Pi-Production.
Since 2-3 years Dimitri Zara is also producing full rocking psytrance between dark and full on.
The label’s aim is to rise and load energy into the trance-floors into the Blue Planet and beyond.
The label Pi-Production is representing a wide spectrum of talented artists.
Compilationinfo:
Thelema roughly means "will" in greek. True Will is a term found within the mystical system of Thelema, it means for us living self-determined and represents the main idea for this release.
People should have the freedom to express their ideas and wishes without external actions from others.
Self-determined actions, learning and living could be declared as a symbol for a free willing, self-dependent and responsible individual. Therefore such an individual’s self-determination is for sure no disposal or self-righteousness.
The self-determination of peoples is a basal footing for international understanding and global relations. Furthermore every individual’s self-determination is the essential ultimate principle for every democracy or anarchy.
