Purple Hexagon is a label on the move, not based anywhere; it is the result of the collaboration of people from Italy, Nepal, Russia and other countries who have in common their passion for Psytrance music. After years of building relations in parties around the world, in 2008 we decided to pool our resources and to create a brand new label that would not be tied to a specific place or group.
Purple Hexagon is a wide-open label focused on psychedelic music regardless of its style, may this be progressive, minimal, full-on or dark. We believe Psytrance music is more than just a matter of BPMs.
The driving force behind our project is firstly and mostly the passion for music and the interest in sharing different ways of living in this world. Psytrance is the common trait unifying people who live in very different political and socio-economic contexts. Indeed, we believe parties are significant meeting points and great opportunities for cultural exchanges.
Purple Hexagon is more than just a label: it is an elastic term to define psychedelic musical and cultural exchange at a world level.

Purple Hexagon is proud to present the result of a worldwide connection compiled by dj Kikx and inspired by ShantiJatra Festival.
ShantiJatra Vibes is a compilation composed of nine killer unreleased tracks produced by top psytrance artists and representing the musical spirit of the ShantiJatra Festival, the most important underground Psytrance event in Asia.
Nine different interpretations of today Psytrance in a unique compilation for a powerful, far-reaching sound.
