Alright, I don't think this label needs any introduction. Tracklist follows as:
1.The Other Side - MAD NETIC
2.My November - AZAX SYNDROME VS TUBE
3.Astral Body Surfing v. 02 - ABSOLUM
4.Hardfloor - PAINKILLER
5.Sucsexful - CPU VS BLISS
6. LFO By Nature - SIRIUS ISNESS VS PAINKILLER
7.Meditative State - PAINKILLER VS MENOG
8. Groove Control - OUTER SIGNAL
9. Entering The Dawn - CONCEPT
My review:
1. Madnetic starts off this compilation with a solid track. Very steady bass throughout with laser leads flying past you in all directions. Same bass rhythm is continued along this track with a lot of spacey whooshes and manages to keep you on your heels without getting too crazy! Post 5 mins and those leads pick up. can picture those feet stomping the ground but for a very brief moment and we're yearning for more....
2. "Remember, remember the gunpowder treason. I know no reason why the gunpowder treason...." a small percussion play with an almost electric guitar playing in the background to get your charged up. Typical chemical crew kick there (at least I think so!!) Loving that phat bass which seems to make you want to run in one direction as fast as you can and never stop! This track is built for a complete ecstasy experience. Don't really dig the electric guitar leads, a little cheesy in my opinion.
3. Surfs up people and Absolum makes sure you hang 10 for the longest time in this mega-feast of a track. Elevation begins at the very start and you feel the electric impulses spread through you keeping you hungry for more sounds. The trance like bassline makes sure you're not lost while you're reminded you're still in you're tiny cooped space ship moving past objects as super sonic speed..."they think they're something wrong, something evil about changing the state of your mind.." It's NOW time to push that red button, strap on and pray to god you land safely. KILLLARGH!!
4. So we're taken deep into the trance-dance experience with Painkiller. Nice melodies to start this track off with. keeping your level of expectance high right from the start. "The government is not the solution to our problem, government is the problem" After that break we get some sounds of bubbles exploding in your face and then suddenly everything falls into this cavern only to lift you back up back to the light.
5. Alright, so we're halfway there. its time for your mind to be played with for a while with "incredibly SUC-SEX-FUL". Evolution of this track begins and pushes you into new realms of further anticipation and you're greeted with some funny noises trying to communicate with you but your lack of understanding gets the better of you and you're now pronounced with a funky bassline and a nice melody to fly with for a short moment. You stop and take a break from all that pain to your limbs. and BANG, you're taken back to that funked up land and you're stuck there....
6. Exploring this new place seems like a far idea after you're taken for a ride by Sirius Isness & Painkiller once again. Chilly sounds and dark swooshes fill up your senses and you get a pinch of the nocturnal side. The pterodactyls in the background seem to be flying just above you while you manage not to disturb their flight. fortunately you've headed further where there's just electricity in the air and the stars are moving past you like little white dots. A long but worth pause explodes into a mayhem of energy forcing you let those hands move in all directions out of panic, anxiety and curiosity...
7. "To get into the meditative state is to begin by listening" presented with one my favorite kick bass combination and possibly the most grooviest with a simplistic pattern. The breakdowns are well worth the wait as they explode into complete chaos testing your ability to absorb them. Synths being shot out at you from everywhere almost making you wanting to grab them with the palm of your hand. I like this one.
8. Stormy and slow start to this track but obviously not a disappointment. Pushing the pace down a little gives you room to breathe again with dreamy melodies and groovy basslines. This track never really picks up but manages to give you the space that has been longed for...
9. Perfect track for all you dawn lovers. Sizzling laser synths followed by a disciplined bassline which is raring to unleash its fury. Very spacey sounds and eerie pads in the background. short break and we're back in action with an acidic liftoff taking you higher and higher with a playful elastic like sound with several hair raising jumps!
Phew!!! That's some of the best twilight music I've heard in a very long time. Top notch artists selected for this VA and they've delivered beyond expectations! I can't wait to hear some of these tracks out in the open.

Not the best of 3dvision or even close to the best. imo the va lacked consistancy. Madnetic , Outer Signal , Absolum & Concept are rocking. Rest were a let down. Why no more VA's like Killers Inc.? Expecting a lot more from future VA's |

A few good powerful tracks in this VA like Madnetic, this guy gets better with every release !
Outer Signal really nice and groovy track, perfect for starting of a set.
Concept nice bass line.
The rest were a bit of a disappointment for me. Some big names and collaborations but no real substance and lack something IMO !
Of course we cannot compare it to Killer's Inc., that was a pure masterpiece for sure !!
Looking forward for something in those lines in the future by 3dvision..

Absolum for sure is the best tune man
Also liked the Outer Signal track man, really nice production I see there
though IMHO a little let down by all the ping pong sessions except azax vs tube.. may just be a taste of things to come from regev
kudos for the release to all artists and 3-D vision records
