I heard the samples, and quite frankly, at least for now, Emergence seems like the better disc.
But it's all dancefloor worthy material, and as usual the big shining star (imo) is Protoculture. This guy can definitly make good psychedelic musik!

yeah... from the samples, imho "Emergence" sounds better.
more moderated, kindda more mature (even if its the first one)... i dont know.
need to hear the cd

Yeap, got to the same conclusion also.
Emergence was a much better c.d.
This one is more fullonish. Not as creative as the last one.

The Aphid Moon track sounds great! I can definetely hear the evolution here...
And with Rinky and Protoculture on board, this should be another corker. Cant wait!

Thanks for the remarks people!
There is a protoculture remix of rinkadinks "Ultima" coming out right now on vinyl. It's been a massive tune here in Cape Town this past summer and gave it a blast in Brazil over tha last couple of weeks and went down like a wopper!

Big up to the Nano's - definitely Dilation is a slightly different mix of tunes with a more full-on selection from their artists but has the same magic as Emergence. So don't go on the samples - check out these tunes on the floor. |
