[ Ambrosia ] is compiled by Fishimself and consists of 10 tracks composed by mainly Greek artists, whose names were seldom heard of, but who should quickly reach the pantheon of Psychill.
The compilation forms a dense musical journey built upon warm, downtempo grooves with a touch of electronica, breakbeat and idm, wrapped in hypnotic atmospheres, pulsating basslines and melancholic pads.
Fishimself, the deejay and the man behind IT Records shop and Freeze Magazine, carefully chose the tracks so in order to evoke the far shores of the Greek Islands and to reveal their electronic music culture.
Featuring Max Million & Gusk, Miktek, Sygnals, Sesen, Alpha Tex, Memphidos, One Arc Degree, and two French guests, AES Dana and Asura.

A most excellent album indeed.
Seems to be a bit of different sound for Ultimae, while still being consistent with their established ethos.
It's good to see some new artists and sounds making their way into the roster whilst some of the traditional Ultimae artists are present as well. A healthy situation to be in - and to keep the label fresh.
So far I am really liking:
- Max Million & Gusk - Sub Strata
- Aes Dana - Principles of Gravity (a stomper!)
- Sygnals - Homo Imperceptibilis
Haven't had time to hear much of the second half yet. Am looking forward to dropping a few of these at a bar gig I have tomorrow night...

Yes One of the best Compilations of this year if not the Best. Absolutely Stunning. All tracks are magical(for lack of expressing word) and if i had to pick my favorites they would be these.

One Arc Degree - Distant Industries
Sesen - Sun Ritual
Asura - V.A.N.T.A
Sygnals -Homo Imperceptibilis

Congrats to Haris P. (Fishimself) and the other greek artists-projects that they are in this wonderful cd...keep it up guys!
All tracks are great! very recommended release!
