I gotta say that it is a wonderful 2cd compilation of ambient and electro, mostly electro, some known names some not, can anyone tell me who stands behind SUBTONAL?? Their tracks just kill me, I love them so much, especially the nightfall.
Is it the Electrolux label? Anyone, Kebab?
I repeat this is not your average trancy chillout music, it is high quality highly recommended stuff.

I liked it too..
yes it is the Electrolux label. there's also a vol2 and 3 released but I havn't got my hands on these yet. :)
Subtonal have an album released called Dark Distortion. they have more tracks released like in the Blue Room compilation More Sign of Life which is a great comp - breakbeat, dnb trance.
they also have a track released in the double compilation Space Night IV. I have both vol IV and V and they're both recommanded. also not the trancy chillout music but a great enjoyable electronic experience. :)

Btw - how's the Subtonal album and I think the Blue Room compilation name sounds familiar, but I can't remember. It's not fresh right?
Btw2- also I liked Patterson's Voyage very vey much...

yes More Signs of Life was out in 1999.. unfortunately I didn't hear the Subtonal album - I only know it exist.. it's another one of my "to get" list. :)
