01 phyx - residual
02 rabdom l - what a lag
03 shift - virtucon
04 damage - psychic abrubtion
05 artifakt - itchy
06 damage - power
07 atifakt - nihilism
08 humba - flip the switch
09 binx - morning glory
10 cara - drip
Africa In Trance - the first complication from MicroDot records and one of the best releases i got those days for sure !!!
very groove and very very funky !
mostly full power dark psychedelic trance music which getting a bit progressive on the last cople of tracks .
high-lights:
residual - a mad opning for this complication, kickin fullon track very groove and dark with some nice melodies.
what a lag - on the same line , very uplifting but less darker then the first... i fill some GMS spirit in it very scrachy !
virtucon - again , same recipe too much harcore for me..
psychic abrubtion - funky kickin track
itchy - damn its goove !
power management - WTF ? hardcore..
nihilism - my favorite !! (go figure..)
flip the switch - bpm is going down.. very progressive track , built very nicely
morning glory - i cant see here any morning.. diging progressive track
drip - a great track but to monotune for me.. seems like it unfinished to me :/
conclusion:
7/10
very refreshing !!

Dark psychadelic tunes from this label.
Nice work , but still lots more need to be done, but as always , efforts do pay up, so lots to be expected from them.... keep it up.
TOO WIERD TO LIVE, WAY TO RARE TO DIE!

Very good CD. Dark Scratchy tunes. Great kick in the basslines. Itchy is my favorite. Great way to put African trance on the map. |
