As Kristian said earlier this label is under NEW OWNERSHIP, is that so difficult to understand? PM him and i am sure he will be able to clarify your doubts. Kristian we are almost there, cant waitttttttt  |

Let's keep it legal correct 
The label name is the same and the back catalogue is the same. According to law new owners can inded be held responsible for old owners "mistakes" hereunde debts. Unless the old company has been closed down and the new company have a new VAT number (even then it's highly possible the company could still be held accountable for old debts).

OK....... So lets get this straight once and for all, firstly Transient a sub division of Automatic Records went into voluntary liquidadtion nearly 3 years ago, all debtors were notifed as is standard procedure and given a choice regarding payment or wishing to force bankrupcy upon them, No debtors from this compilation came forward to my knowledge, although I was not working for or had any dealings with Transient or Automatic at this stage and know nothing about if they paid any one from any album, I'm guessing as in the case of many companies a lot of people did not receive a penny, or euro or what ever!!!. Next is the fact that I only own the name under licence from the people registared to it and none of the back catalogue. Although you can buy back catalogue from various sources, even my Transient site, no money what so ever goes to me. You need to talk to the person who holds the licence for that..... and quite frankly it's none of your business, unless you want to pm me the and explain why I should give him your contact, but even then he accquired the rights to these tracks by paying Transient an amount of money which went into the pot to pay debtors. Unfortunately the artists on sally's comp, if they did not get anything from the liquidation is because the first people to dip into the left over money is banks, lawyer, distributors, pressing plants, etc.... so their 150 euro or what ever, is so minimal that it is unlikely they would have seen a thing......
Another point to mention is, as Transient does not have a turn over of above £48,000 pa, it does not have to be VAT registered. So the notion that I could be accountable for Automatic's debt is quite a laughable concept...... and a small pm or e-mail to me and I could of explained this, unless stirring trouble and spreading bullshit was your intent then I am sure no matter what I say will make a difference.........Hope you all like the coming releases, Kristian has worked hard on his compilations to bring killer sounds, Human Blue is nearly finished his next album, Mashed Mellow Grooves is being compiled by Tripswitch and near compleation(not to late though to sbmit demo's, to nick tripswitch) three very big artist albums are about to be announced...... and also on Automatic(which I own the name only) Chris Cargo has just signed an album deal!!!!
