Cold Groove Records proudly presents its first compilation, 8 uniquely styled tracks ranging from dark groovy progressive to massive techy floor shakers. Featuring artists from Canada and Europe. Dynamically mastered by Son KIte for the full effect of each track, this one is sure to find its way into many a djs set this summer.
1. Luna Spice- Melodeep " into mix"
-starting off the compilation with a grooving progressive cut, laced with rich ambient pads and stabby hits, a perfect mood setting track.

Progressive beats and full on like sounds make for a unique joint venture from Tetraktys and Canadian artists Isms
3. Tetraktys - Cold Blue
-A Deep bass line full interleaved sound textures. An amazing track from Frances up and comer
4. Midi Miliz aka Spirallianz- Irreflexive "main mix"
Rolling bass-lines and the signature Spirallianz atmospheres.

"Coldgroove is a fresh Toronto-based label, serving you their first clean cuts, perfect for cooling down after you have overdosed on all the full on (happens to all of us!). A white minimal cover and 9 tunes in a nice journey, the main feeling is smooth, athmospheric and slightly dark, but at the end of the cd the tracks from Metalogic vs Michael Lawrence and Metalogic shake things up a bit harder.
Initially we have some dreamy trancy tracks from Luna Spice, Sigh and Tetraktys, very nice, and then Midimiliz-Irreflexive that is one of these tracks that always works… been lucky to have this jewel in my cd case for a while and I just LOVE IT!!!
..... a good compilation, not as cold as the title may make you think, but a rather smooth cocktail of progressing soundscapes, perfect both for home listening or for the dancefloor grooves."
