UV paint or blacklight paint? backdrops for the dj set

I'm trying to make backdrops for my dj set. I've seen lots of people use some kind of glowing paint on black cloth at psytrance shows. Is it UV paint, or black light paint? What's the difference between the two? and where's a good place to get it from?

UV Paint is Black light paint.
I would recommend using Wildfire paints. |
