UV banners that change with daylight or Blacklight

I am just curios if there are any wallhangings or festival banners, that at night with UV (blacklight) you have one desing on it, and then when the sun comes out you have a different painting on your Festival banner. I think i have seen it once at a party (long time ago) a UV banner that at night was totally different than at daytime, and i am not speaking only about the colours but the whole design was different to the one painted to see it in blacklight.....
any1 any clues if there are such UV banners and where could i get one.... |

i dont know about backdrops and festival decoration, but i know one clothing designer doing this kind of work on t-shirts

they haven't produce a plastisol inks with this material yet. wanna be the invention pioneer. Unless you want an acrylic ink custom hand painted which will cost you a punch...
but hey we never know if it's already there, good luck tho...
