but nada,since sutrday i waiting in my shop and no one came.

Halas.
As I said many times before- we do not run these fights here- they belong in court, and I wish someone will take them there if they are being fucked and not run them over here. And maybe if someone has guts we will see justice done.
We do not have any way of judging who's right or wrong, and whatever opinion I have on any discussion like that, it's not my place or my want to be the judge (otherwise I would have been a lawyer now and not chunk my law degree for something else), and since anyone can say anything here and nobody can check anything, this is worthless, and we are left with the bad energy.
