i have an electric guitar and i want to connect it to my computer.
i want to record some stuuf and i dont want to use the mic.
i need to know it because i want to do some live show later on.

but since you don't have a mic at all, just record one channel from the direct guitar output.
Connect it to an amplified input - use a console or a soundcard special inputs.
