hello , i wanna know if its useful or not to put only a limiter in the master track for the mix down , or is better to do the mix down with no plugin in th master, and only eq compressor for masterize.

Best not use anything on the master bus during mixing IMO. What makes you think you need to place a limiter there in the first place?

Btw, now i work the opposite way that i mentioned in the first post of that thread

I work on relatively low volumes with no processing on master (and very few on most channels, only rough hi-pass and low-pass, until the track is 90% built-up)

Arrangement + synth-tweaking i think should be the very first things to focus on. If they are ok, you don't need dramatic processing (not talking about special fx)

There is no point in thinking about loudness if you work in 24 bit - it can be always raised up after mixdown.          http://soundcloud.com/aedem
