Using BCF2000 in cubase in MCU sends note data aswell

It does seem however that it is not correctly mapped, as all the buttons or faders seems linked to that the notes on the selected synth.... weird.
How can I map this correctly to work in macke emu mode?
It is set up as mackie control (with inp/outp set to bcf2000). And it works as it should, but seems to be linked as a keyboard aswell? So all buttons/faders control note messages...
PS: Im sorry for the 3 posts and crazy editing. I should have tested a bit more before written this post 
Edit: I fixxed this by unticking "in "all midi inputs" "
However, it does not seem to work correctly as MCU; it controls the faders fine, but EQ/Sends etc does not work. It shows correctly in the BCView (program that allows you to see what your controlling with the bcf) but does not affect the program.
Last god damn edit: When in eq mode the pots are linked to the eq, but faders are still linked to the mixer. Why oh why?  http://www.myspace.com/fragletrollet
