Using AKAI libraries

Hey all
I really like AKAI samples, but unfortunately do not have AKAI equipment. Is there any way to convert the files so that they are in wav form or any form tht I can use in battery for instance? |

akai > wav: you can use cdxtract
using akai cds in software samplers should be possible.

Reaktor can import akai cd's, so do other programs, i believe sampletank can too. As said: use CDExtract to read akai cds and convert to wav! |

hi !
You can use translator as dtd said "cdextract", there is plenty of translator such as
"Chicken Systems Translator" or
"Extreme Sample Converter" (pm me if want them)
By the way, I have some Iso Akai ( Downloaded ) but all of them didn't work on my computer, niether I burn them, nor I mount them, my Os don't knows the cdr /mounted, is there special CD Drives for reading AKAI cds (I mean SCSI CD Drive) ?
or do i have to do a tip or trick to make them working?

you can mount the iso using daemon tools, then access the virtual cd rom using cdextract. looking at akai formatted partitions (your iso cd) using windows explorer does not work.
