hi folks. one thing has come to my attention when using my midi controller with my host sequencer (Cubase SX 2). Whenever i plug it in i can notice an adverse effect on the overall performance. is this normal?? as soon as i use it without the midi input, the system is a lot more stable. Could it be because my controller is a bit old (the very first midiman oxygen) . i have installed the latest drivers, but it doesnt make any difference. its so annoying that sometimes i rather not use the controller at all, do u guys think there is a way around this or getting a newer controller solve the problem?? thanx for any advice..
