but seriously count me out. I agree with greg on this one, its about the story not who has bigger balls or who can mix the most tracks at once (often at the expense of sounding horrible)
I use breakdowns alot on tracks that I love the melodies too much to just mutilate to all hell with something else, granted finding the harmonic match for everytrack is ideal, but when you've been up all night and its 9am sometimes you make an easier mix to keep the flow rather than jerking off to your technical itch. erm. haha. this thread has been priceless though, keep it coming, we "little girls" almost have enough testosterone in here to start a wrestling league!
I'll be there to watch this orgy of ego go down but seriously put it in the midwest, I'm not flying to hawaii for this! haha.

Er yeah I mean I think that with the application of an appropriate number of mojitos I could be persuaded to be impartial enough for the purposes of this battle. HAWAII! um of course the venue is immaterial, in fact an industrial warehouse on the edge of Detroit would be the perfect place without distractions where the art and skill of DJing could be put to the test in a rigourous scientific HAWAII!!!!

I know a russian mafia chop shop in Detroit there use to be parties at.... Turntables were on top of a chopped limo..
