Hi all !!!
I need to know what exactly i need for outdoor party.
I mean equipment,generator and so on.
Not festival,just good party for 500 people.
It's very important please help with complete answer.

u dont ask people on the net how 2 make an outdoor party... its not working like that.
but maybe u can ask people around here if they have some EX in making patries.
get 2 know them... sit down, and tell us when it is on :)

2 cdjs and a mixer.
amp+speakers+generator
1 flicker (necessary :))
UV lights (not necessary, but so cool :))
as for the deco - get some longim, organize some talented people you know to help out with it.
1 huge bottle of nitrox (one thing that most people don't bring from home) and loads of baloons.
lots of water, some redbulls too, chai, tea, coffee.
1 DJ stand + 1 spot for the DJ.
1 Good location which is not seen from any road, preferably not heard as well.
1 infoline (or more, leave a mazkira with directions from a main road, or just someone who has the patience to explain).
DJs which know the job (get 1 or 2 main attractions, people worth coming for, since for a 500 people party you have to have a few names people know)
That's about all you need - except a LOT of energy to organize this, beautiful people to come to the party, and praying for no technical difficulties. Sound system is very important, and if you want people in hundreds, you can't go with unknown DJs only. My ideology is that for night music, the only deco/lighting you need is a spot for the DJ, and a flicker for the diggers :), the rest is just a bonus. |

dont 4get the security..! u MUST have a security team that knows the job otherwise the party will b flooded with shimons and i dont know what else...and remember the coppers! a 500 ppl party is kinda hard 2 hide from them! b-leave me! so u may wanna try 2 get a prmit from them... and when u apply- u will hear THEIR list...

10x all for the answers-it's not shimons will be at my party,like I've mentioned it's not in Israel.
So what about the cost?
Have someone here saying that best
way is just rent an equipment from serious firm-and they will cary about everything(from bringing the eq. to sound).
Is this a good idea?
