In the "only found parus" post I said that there was to much same same scratchy something something. Not what I meant to say. I was going to write before that it was bland and one tone and I thought that would come off rude and unneeded so I try to explain it nicer by the scratchy comment but didn't come close at all.
I went for a drive this time nice and loud (had the oc soccer moms,giving my black ass dirty looks) and had another go and I now know how to explain what I wanted to.
First off guys very nice, the journey and layered multitude is there, it's just the track itself. The dynamics of the track is lost in the compression. There is much more then just one color skratchy it's just lost in the file. Anywho nice job guys I hope to catch a live set soon
I know no one asked for my pennies in the first place but still felt I should re-explain

That live set is also 2 years old.

i haven't heard too much new tomato stuff, but the solo projects of both cats are pretty dopppppe!!

So far, good experiences with Unwashed Tomato all together. Great, really nice guys and their music is on point.. especially seeing them live~! |

chemistryyyy dooodzzz,, i know what ya mean when u say onetone, u can hear it in alot of psy producersss nowadaysss....but on the contrary
i think unwashed tomato puts up a good live,,,,havent checked out dave's new toooonz but i know andy is killing it for sure....

Regarding the live set in question:
If you have issues with the compression, its probably because it was recorded live as an mp3 from the DJ mixer so the sound quality is not nearly as high as it could be, and as Cinder said.... its well over two years old at this point.
There is new Unwashed Tomato tunes in the works, hopefully another album before the end of the year, or in early 2012.
