Well,I managed to do 6/4 time signature,it is basically have triplet feel, more or less.
How I did it in Ableton :
1)Put your time signature in 6/4 mode.
2)Activate metronome. You can hear the counting,"blip tat tat tat tat, blip tat tat tat tat".
3)Put kick every time there is a "blip".
4)Put bass every time there is a "tat".
5)Activate loop on both kick and bass, extend the patterns so that it will fall exactly the way metronome counts. Now drag them all across.
This will sound slow as fuck. You need to put much higher BPM.I put mine in 420 more or less.
Write cool shit.Thats the sample I got.Sounds like some Irish dance .
6)Also,delete/extend some bass notes to take place of 2 or more bass notes. It sounds a bit crouded ,I mean you can only put so much bass notes between kicks till they loose definition.
I tried this with 7/4 but no success, and I think it gets broken at the last beat. And I think at this point you can't really make it fast, you have to go down to more "ambient /chillout" resolution.
Experiment guys ... I think I'm gonna write my next one in 6/4 .
From all the things I lost, that sandwitch cost me most :)

there's no need for extreme bpm values. just put a kick on every beep and every tat, and you'll have 6/4 or 7/4.
regular 4/4 also has a kick on every 1/4.
all x/4 signatures work like this. 6/8 also works nice, but for instance 5/8 or 7/8 get a bit problematic for standard trance patterns.
