I've search all the samples sites but no joy. This could be very old but no idea. Here goes. Short sample, repeated twice during the track. Probably Goa. Female voice, possibly German or East European:

"Where am I, where is the world gone, where am I gone, nobody hears me ..etc.?".....and later "Cos this is serious stuff ... not only on the head"

Anyone out there know?
