Haha, this is the most chilled track I have ever heard at 160 BPM, or whatever this is. Because the beat sounds so thin and takes a backseat, you could probably play this on a chillfloor and no one would bother.

Anyways, very enjoyable listen           Check out my album: http://www.ektoplazm.com/free-music/gay-satanic-hippie-tiefenrausch

The base sounds very muffled. The snare too, i think you eq´d it too hard. You should work on more on the mix.

Happy vibe

You could add some more sounds here and there too make it more interessting.
You could spice up the break at 2.30.
Personally i would introduce some new sounds after the break.           .

I think the muffled bass and snare is what makes that track work. You are right for normal psytrance, but since this is a chill-out track at 160 BPM, the bass and percussion have to be subdued in order to fit the feeling. But thats just MHO           Check out my album: http://www.ektoplazm.com/free-music/gay-satanic-hippie-tiefenrausch

@Aje you the man the perfect refrence from grenvenski the bass I think it could have a darkish ambient bass but not with too much tail kinda like a question awnser thingy.
