Underground scene in Copenhagen?

It was quite some time since I went to Denmark specifically to party. I got totally fed up with amager bio, the tube and those kind of uninspiring places. So obviosuly, techno.dk and trancetunnel.dk don't do no good for me anymore. Care to share some info about the more underground part of Copenhagens psytrance scene? Like a nice link or something? Just to get me in the right direction  It's quite dead in my region for some time now  Thanks! |

Uderground scenes rarely use links. Thats why it's undergroud mate 
Anyway cant help you much though. Is there at all a underground scenen in Copenhagen? I doubt it. |

well i dont think theres any psytrance that are underground beside's the forest parties...
useally its the progressiv things that goes underground in copenhagen |

And the progressive music can be even more trippy then the psytrance music. Speaking of, I just recived "Dragon Tales 3 & 4" from TATSU Recordings. Trippy trippy progressive

HandA: haha I know but I more meant like getting an URL to the organizors or something. Hmm maybe "underground" was a wrong word to use.. I meant more like "less known parties" or something like that.. Are your forrestparties any good? Nothing beats a nice outdoor party on a warm summer night... |

What genres are you into ?
You can find non psy parties at the venue Culture Box http://www.culture-box.dk/
Some times, there are different smaller events also. Checkout "Club Kalenderen" at http://www.housemusik.dk and keep an eye out for our party list at http://www.electrobeat.dk
Almost anything you will see at the venues Bryggen, Halvandet and Amager Bio are those mainstream parties you wont like.
However, Iboga has held parties at halvandet and Im told they were better. Its what I heard anyway.
Also, some organizers are apparently able to pull of OK events @ bryggen when keeping to the progressive genre - At the moment, that genre is said not to attract the mainstream crowd so much. (but, I cant guarentee that in the future).
About the forest parties, as far as I know the quality of those range between mainstream and underground.
You must be nice to Troll, he will perhaps let you in his circle of trust ;-)

yes most difently and at progressiv parties the vibe is much much better what i have experienced
go for orginazors like iboga,jokke(namnamclub),gerningstedet,peace center coperation and ristelauget
i will not post dates,locations such in here right now |

Krell & Troll@CrackWhoreModels : Thanks Well I'm primarily into psy but progressive can be very nice too. Isn't it weird that Copenhagen doesn't have a bigger underground scene? It's a big city and the commercial parties seem to be popular. Aaa however, it would be nice to attend a nice danish party sometime and celebrate with you danish freakos Now I've got a solid base to find your cool events Thanks, love and understanding

I definately think that the best/only danish psyscene is in Aarhus. Copenhagen is too many big hormoneguys with welldusted nostrills to be any good, personally I dont go to Copenhagen to party anymore, nomatter who is playing.
Well, unless Ristelauget makes an outdoorparty, then Im fresh, but otherwise never again... |

The same can be said for me - I would have to be booked and paid a good salary to go now... Then again, given my relationship to most organizers there, that will be a rare occation
However, like you say, there are people over there who really do work towards improving their scene, or basicly keeping a part of it alive that makes sence.
They are just out numbered at the moment.
Ristelauget is one of those groups of people. Afterall, whatever parties I have experienced they have organized where not money machines.
Nothing like an uneaven fight to get the good old blood rushing thru ones viking vains ;-)

Well PCC´s 2 parties isnt underground (room for 1000 people)
But yeah PCC will be good to have back on the scene.
The undergorund scene is there but we do not have that many parties. Better to have 1-2 great underground party a year than party every weekend together with lame people going there for drugs and to show of their Testestoron bodies |
