heard scandinavian countries seem to have most. Some help.

...if they were really good they would tend to be less underground... 
When it comes to this i would say scandinavia almost only have underground artists....

@Dennis the menace: donno bout the world but for me psy scene is always underground. bro am talkin bout the muzik, which we listen only at the parties, some of which doesn’t come out on record lebels
