Under Mozilla, there is no refresh.

I browse the forum with mozilla firefox.
When i post a msg in some topic, when i view it , it doesnt shows my post, only after i do refresh. Also if i delete old msgs from my inbox, it shows the number of the previous state. Like there is no automatic refresh or smth. |

you should adjust cache settings of your browser.
