the bassline is clipping... the melodies are a bit Flat.. so are the percussions, try reverbing some and EQ as well...
the homer simpson sample is cute
open hihats and the marakash need urgent Eqing and may be some more work on the structure. nice work altogether, but a bit empty...

Last one covered basically everything - but I think that what was left unsaid here was that you need more of a sense for drama - each element alone is great, but when they enter it just doesn't feel that it adds a new level to the track.
Passages are nonexistant. A little bit of silence before a new element comes in can work wonders.
Very interesting base for a track - but still a long way to go. Keep up the good work.

as said before the bassline is itching  otherwise its a good one... give it some more work and follow kaz´s and jasons tips and it will turn out good i think
