yes philosomatika is the business! I dont listen so much these days, but it was philosomatika radio which got me listening to psychedelic trance a few years ago!
I do occasionally tune in, and the dude from LA (that is where it's based) still plays a great variety of top notch material.....
For a while it was 56kbps which is ok of you are deaf or taking a bath. Then it was 128kbps for ages which is ok if you arent sitting infront of decent speakers or wearing good headphones... 160kbps is getting closer to CD quality i reckon. Very few stations are at 160kbps.
Harrumph one of my friends was suggesting setting up an internet radio station (psytrance) with a small amount of spoken content... maybe some news/reviews or whatever. Sometimes it is nice to hear, e.g. 'this is Wizzy Noise - Prototype off the new Digital Structures compilation and I think it's as good as X-Dream' or similar controversial statements....., rather than just seeing a track listing like on philosomatika. But other times the last thing you wanna hear is some idiot's stupid opinion... oh well... I think it's a good idea anyway, if someone has loads of bandwidth.

I listen to it on *RealOne player*, it tells you exactly the the track currently playing, so no need for spoken content or kariokee sessions!

It's a french based radio station and they doning label weeks and dj mix sessions, just a bit more interesting

There's a UK pirate radio stataion which broadcasts here: http://interface.pirate-radio.org/ and normally Andrew Humphries DJs psy-trance on Thursday nights from 8pm til 11 or so. He's had guests on such as Chris Organic. Oh, he's got a webcam and chatroom too, so it's a lot of fun. He's away at the moment so it might be one or two weeks until he does the show again. Check it out!
