i there ppl .. im trying to get the UAD-1 sound card, but in the site of UAD , i dont see any usefull help , i dont know how many input ouput it have , if it has midi ... i doont see anything helpfull ,
anyone can give me that info , i what the PROJECT UAD not the STUDIO UAD

I think it doesn't have any outputs, it's just extra DSP for it's plugs, so your computer will not suffer...
I'm planning to buy one too in the future, because my computer can't compete with todays plugs... |

Hi there,
It doesn't have any ins or outs and it doesn't have midi. It's just a card with a processor on it that runs only the plugins that come with the card (and the other ones that are released for it).
So you still need a separate audio-card.
The same holds for the TC Electronic Powercore.
