Hi,
any indians...that can please tell me where i can get U.V. Flouro paints from....anywhere in delhi or bombay plezzzzzzzzzzzz...
Me and a freind are making a well "Free Spirited" Wall hanging(Not really a back drop)

several colors avail from camlin flash etc depends if u want oil water or fabric most stationery shops have them and by the way i taught u r in HK ???????????? |

dude use camlin fabric paints or use crylin but i prefer camlin coz crylin r 2 thick.
n e ways...when u 1st paint the cloth will absorb the paint and u'll feal like the backdrop has turned out 2 b real bad.
the flurocent colours dont even look like they r flurocent when ther r painted on a black cloth. but dont get upset.....coz when u put the u.v. on ...then boy it a total different scene.
the painting will look awesome and it will shine full on....beleive me coz i paint backdrops and t-shirts.

hey for paintin on black cloth - u need to first give a layer of some kindda other paint nd then use our norma UV paints on em - only then it gives a good finish - i dont paint but get t-shirts painted frm professional artists and so have an idea - if u wanna know exactly wats that layer then i can ask em nd let u know ,,, g'luck for ur backdrops nd i know it'll be really psyche - as ur mind

they make flurocent paints. i've painted backdrops with those paints and when the u.v. is on it shines full power.
n e ways acidmantra find out and let me know then my backdrops and t-shirts will have a better finish even when the u.v's r off. |

How do you get the UV colors? Do we have to use the same colors.
Please advise planning of doing something.
Mushrooms make you do crazy stuff. Look at Mario he jumps on animal heads and fights with dragons. |

If you're looking in India, some older art stores have florescent powder (usually used for political graphitti etc). mix this with a base like fevicol or gesso to get the job done.
Haven't picked up much UV paint here but I know they're available in watercolour and acrylic too in the bigger stores, just look for florescent paints.
