Why not add some categories ourselves......
Here is one:
The crack-pot conspiracy theory nutter
Used to take tons of acid, but now he stays away from chemical drugs of all kinds.(tons of it seriously....entire sheets at once). He believes secret government agents of various existing/fantasised nations are omnipresent at psytrance parties, distributing psychedelic drugs to people in the context of a large scale mind control experiment. The ultimate goal being to create an indesdructible army of brainwashed psy-warriors to be unleashed upon the world once the time has come.
The crack pot conspiracy theorist lets at least 6 people know about these tragic circumstances (per party) and estimates "this to hit 2012".
Whilst everyone else is enjoying the lasers,he believes they are blinking at the correct intervals to subliminally make the party goers receptive to all kinds of cryptic occult suggestions.
The organisers are in on it, and the artists as well. Paranoia is only extreme awareness. The dj is an alien, you can see this in her shifty eyes. And the queen of England is a lizard.

Spot on! Especially the part about the Undercover Cop, and how everyone knows he's a cop 5 minutes after he gets there... (When will they ever learn, how obvious they are...)

What a laugh, awesome... made so many of these observations over the years but never saw it in print.. spot on!! hehe
I liked the Undercover Cop part too... its funny I don't know how it works but when you've been part of the scene for a while you can easily spot people who aren't truly comfortable at a party. |

Only comes to the party for the music. Doesn´t care or notice ppl around him, unless they are he´s friends or as long as no other person is "trespassing" the spot/area he is dancing in! (usually infront of one of the speakers coz´he knows that it is often the best place to stand in coz´ nobody elses stands so close)
Usually this person is on a mix of all kinds of drugs, just so he can manage to dance as long as he wants to and to hear all the sound even before they are coming. (or atleast he thinks)
The gear he´s wearing is just the "regular" ones he uses as always. (Why dress up and look like an backdrop, he asks himself?)
If the music is good enough, you will see him dancing from the beginning until the end of the party. This person seldom has to leave the dancefloor, coz´other ppl are "taking care" of this "insane" guy who hasen´t stopped dancing since he started 4 hours ago, so they are worried about him, giving him water etc coz´they think he is too fucked up to take care of himself. But the truth is the music is so good that he can´t stand knowing he might miss some nice tunes while beeing away from the dancefloor for 5min...
